Description

The H series engine is jointly designed by SDEC and RICARDO of U.K. based on Chinese market demand and refer to the mature technologies of advanced engines in the world. The engine is a world-class power platform developed and made in accordance with the SAIC MOTOR GPDP development process and manufacturing standards. The H series marine engine is a new generation of engine special for marine sector. With the feature of robust cylinder block, compact structure, good reliability, small volume, light weight, good fuel economy and low noise, the engine is applicable for 50 to 150 kW marine generator sets as well.

  • The four valve structure, vertical center fuel injector, and new fuel mixing technology
    have high intake efficiency, uniform atomization, good instantaneous load response,
    work efficiency increase 12%.
  • The maximum torque reach 1000N. m, with a torque reserve coefficient up to 36%, which
    is 20% higher than similar products.
  • Considering both power and fuel consumption performance under common working
    conditions, with a minimum fuel consumption of 192g/kW • h.
  • 180bar allowable explosive pressure design, which improves the environmental adapt –
    ability by 7 °C compared to similar products. Cold starts temperature could reach-15 °C
    without any air intake auxiliary heating device.
  • The frame type high-strength alloy body, integral cylinder head, and rear mounted gear
    chamber have small volume, light weight, high reliability, and a noise level of 3dB (A)
    lower than similar products.
  • The average overhaul period exceeds 15000 hours, which is 50% longer than similar
    products.

  • Lightweight high-speed marine gearbox integrating three core functions: speed reduction
    transmission, forward-reverse clutch, and propeller thrust bearing. Compatible with
    250kW high-speed marine engines, the 1.48: 1 low reduction ratio unleashes robust power
    with a transmission e fficiency exceeding 98%.
  • O fficially certified by China Classification Society (CCS), with optional c ertifications from
    global leading classification societies including LR and ABS. Its al uminum alloy
    lightweight design saves val uabl e engine room space. Featuring low noise, smooth
    operation, fl exibl e control and easy maintenance, it is widely suitable for yachts, official
    boats, traffic boats and other small and medium-sized high-speed vessels.
