Tested in conformity with European Standards EN 55011:2007 and EN 61000- 4 and certified by SAPO Certification and Testing Laboratory Limited of United Kingdom with certificate number SP1001GZ1111416. Powercity Load Banks are designed to provide a stable and controllable load for determining the performance characteristics of AC generators. A load bank verifies the rated power of a generator set; it verifies if the engine is properly sized of has the sufficient mechanical power (kWm) to the drive the alternator at full load; it checks the efficiency of the cooling system; it detects problems of the generator; it decarbonizes engine and prevents wet stacking of diesel engine in generators operating on light load.
