Description

Powercity generators are designed in conformance with European Standards certified by independent certifying agency the Materials Industrial Research and Technology Center (MIRTEC) with certificate number MC/TH-C-269/08. The principles in design, safety, rating and performance are in accordance with European Standards EN 12601:2001, EN 60204-1:2006, EN 60034-1:2004, EN ISO 12100-1:2003 and EN ISO 12100-2:2003. Generators are designed and built to provide electrical power for stand-by or continuous use. Comes with 2 years or 2,000 run hours limited warranty whichever comes first.

  • The K series engine is jointly designed by SDEC and AVL of Austria. It is a brand new engine platform developed by referring to the current international-advanced engine application technologies and made with world-class equipment and according to the SAIC MOTOR manufacturing standards. The feature of K series engine is safe, reliable and powerful. Its fuel economy is superior to that of the similar engines of the same power. The engine is applicable to medium- and high-end generator sets with prime power of 460 to 800 kW.
  • K series engine was jointly designed by Austria AVL. To ensure high quality products, the advanced technologies are used, such as four valve, overhead camshaft and high strength cylinder block with bedplate, etc., and engines are produced by the automated production line with world-class brand equipment, such as MAG. Comparing with other same output engines, SDEC E series engine has lower fuel consumption, lower noise, high quality of the appearance of the noble temperament, and longer maintenance cycle.

  • The PLC Generator set controller uses micro-processing intelligent and network technique which can carry out precision measure, constant value adjustment, timing and threshold setting and etc. of multiple digital parameters.
  • Carry out functions including automatic start/stop, data measure, alarms indicates service affecting faults, and compatible with most standard ATS.
  • Uses LCD display, optional Chinese and English display with easy operation, reliable and durable.
  • Parameters can be set in site or in monitor center & can not lose even power off.
  • Easy to replace with a plug-in type socket at the back of the control module and low cost to the end user.
  • Automatic shutdown on fault conditions such us high temp, low oil pressure, over & under speed (RPM), over load & low fuel stock level.
  • Another set of analog gauges for engine status monitoring including un-resettable run hours gauges to prevent tampering.
