As is clear from the above image 2, the ONLY difference between SKU 4UJ44PA#ABJ and 5MP20PA#ABJ 
(or SKU 5MR75PA#ABJ and 5MP24PA#ABJ) lies in the resolution of the screen. That is, the display resolution of 
4UJ44PA#ABJ (or 5MR75PA#ABJ) is 3,000 x 2,000 pixels, while that of 5MP20PA#ABJ (or 5MP24PA#ABJ) is 
1,920 x 1,280 pixels. Moreover, this pixel difference is solely due to the difference in the installed LCD panel. 
In other words, there is no other difference at all between 4UJ44PA#ABJ (or 5MR75PA#ABJ) and 5MP20PA#ABJ 
(or 5MP24PA#ABJ), including the motherboard. This means that if you replace the LCD panel of 5MP20PA#ABJ 
(or 5MP24PA#ABJ) with a one with a resolution of 3,000 x 2,000, 5MP20PA#ABJ (or 5MP24PA#ABJ) will operate 
as absolutely equivalent to 4UJ44PA#ABJ (or 5MR75PA#ABJ).

However, when replacing the LCD, you will also need to replace the display cable. The receiving connector of the 
LCD panel with a resolution of 1,920 x 1,280 is a "standard eDP 40-pin", while the connector of the 3,000 x 2,000 
LCD panel is a "narrow eDP 40-pin" (see above image 3).
